Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes life gets in the way of a great night out. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled when booking luaus, dinner shows, and live performances through Luaus & Shows or with one of our booking agents.
Standard Ticket Bookings
Most tickets and experiences on our website are fulfilled directly by licensed venues and show operators. When you make a reservation, you enter into a direct agreement with that venue or producer, and their individual cancellation and refund policies apply.
- Cancellation Windows – Most luaus and shows allow free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before showtime. Some dinner-inclusive or premium seat bookings may require longer notice. Exact terms will be displayed during checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Refunds – Refunds, when applicable, are processed by the venue or ticketing partner and usually return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Weather or Venue Changes – In the rare event that a performance is canceled due to unsafe weather, unforeseen technical issues, or venue conditions, the operator will offer you a rescheduled date or full refund according to their policy.
- No-Shows – Guests who do not attend their scheduled performance without notice are generally not eligible for refunds. Please contact the venue as early as possible if your plans change.
Packages & Custom Reservations
If you book a multi-experience package or group reservation through one of our travel agents (including combinations of luaus, tours, or accommodations):
- Cancellation Window – Packages can typically be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance of the first scheduled event.
- Private or Group Events – Custom or private group bookings may require a 96-hour cancellation notice due to venue and catering commitments.
- Refunds – Eligible refunds for packages are processed by our Luaus & Shows team and returned to the original payment method.
- Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend adding trip protection at checkout to cover last-minute cancellations or travel interruptions outside policy windows.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Direct Bookings – Check your confirmation email from the venue or ticket provider. It will include instructions or a contact link to cancel or reschedule.
- Packages or Custom Bookings – Contact your assigned Luaus & Shows agent directly, or email [email protected]
with your booking number.
Important Information
Each venue or operator sets its own cancellation and refund policy, which is displayed at checkout and in your booking confirmation.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the venue’s terms, not Luaus & Shows.
- For group or package bookings, individual hotel, flight, or vendor policies may apply.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
