When you reserve through Luaus & Shows, you’ll receive a confirmation email directly from the venue or show operator. It includes your ticket details, arrival instructions, and any special notes about dining or seating.
Contact the venue number listed in your confirmation email as soon as possible. While late seating is often available, it depends on the type of performance and venue policy.
If a show or lūʻau is canceled due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen conditions, the venue will reschedule or issue a refund according to their posted policy.
All payments are processed securely by the venue or ticketing partner. You’ll see the vendor’s name (not Luaus & Shows) on your bank statement.
