By purchasing tickets or booking an experience through Luaus & Shows, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the responsibilities of both guests and our partner venues.

1. Role of Luaus & Shows

Luaus & Shows acts as a booking facilitator for performances, dinner shows, and cultural lūʻaus hosted by licensed, third-party venues and operators. When you reserve a ticket on our website, you are entering into a direct agreement with the event organizer or venue responsible for the performance.

For special group packages or custom experiences (including bundled transportation or meals), Luaus & Shows may act as your booking agent, coordinating services on your behalf with multiple providers.

2. Venue & Vendor Responsibilities

Each venue or show operator is responsible for:

  • Delivering the performance, dinner service, or activity as advertised.
  • Maintaining all required licenses, permits, and insurance.
  • Setting and communicating their own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies (clearly displayed during checkout).
  • Ensuring compliance with local safety, fire, and health regulations.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information at the time of booking.
  • Arrive on time at the check-in or seating location listed in your confirmation email.
  • Follow all venue and staff instructions regarding safety, seating, and etiquette.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior, recording where prohibited, or any activity that may endanger others.
  • Disclose any special needs or accessibility requests in advance.
  • Failure to follow these policies may result in denied entry or removal from the venue without refund.

4. Payments

Payments for most tickets are processed directly by the venue or through a secure third-party booking system.

  • Luaus & Shows may process payments directly for group or package reservations.
  • Pricing is displayed clearly before checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
  • All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Tickets: Venue-specific policies apply. Please review them during checkout before completing your purchase.

Packages & Custom Bookings: Luaus & Shows’ standard cancellation policy applies — most cancellations require 72 to 96 hours’ notice before your event date.

No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary.

6. Liability

Luaus & Shows and its affiliates act only as intermediaries between you and the service providers.
We are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party venues, weather, natural events, or unforeseen operational issues.
  • Any acts or omissions by independent contractors or service providers.

Participation in any event, show, or lūʻau is voluntary and at your own risk.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7. Event Changes

Venues reserve the right to adjust seating, modify performance lineups, or reschedule shows due to weather, performer illness, or technical conditions. In such cases, the venue’s individual policies will apply. Luaus & Shows will assist in facilitating reschedules whenever possible.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is collected, stored, and shared only as needed to fulfill your reservation.
By booking, you consent to Luaus & Shows sharing relevant details (such as names, contact info, and booking data) with the hosting venue or operator.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be handled within the applicable jurisdiction where Luaus & Shows is based.
