Hosted once a month between October and April, the Clydesdale Carriage Dinner Show at Grandview Farm offers an extraordinary evening of luxury and legacy. Begin with an elegant plated dinner in a newly unveiled dining room glowing with chandeliers and rustic charm. While dining, admire the beautiful lineup of championship carriages, hitch wagons, and vintage carts on display. After dinner, Shannon and Karen Cobbs, owners of Grandview Clydesdales, invite guests to witness the stars of the show — their award-winning horses — as they demonstrate the power and grace that have made this breed world-renowned. The evening culminates in a live presentation of the Clydesdales in full regalia, transforming from a single horse to a synchronized six-horse hitch. With refined service, equestrian artistry, and an intimate setting, it’s a magical blend of education and elegance.
