Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, the Fire Lūʻau by Polynesian Fire Productions brings island heat to Florida’s coast. The evening begins with a lei greeting and dinner buffet before the show lights up the night with rhythmic drumming, graceful hula, and fiery Samoan knife dancing. As performers share the legends of Pele, the volcano goddess, and the warrior stories behind the fire dance, guests are transported across the islands of Polynesia — no passport required. The family-run cast has performed across Hawaiʻi, Samoa, and the mainland U.S., creating an authentic, high-energy experience that celebrates Pacific heritage with warmth and humor.
