Tales of the Kapa Moe reimagines the Hawaiian lūʻau through the eyes of a dreamer named Moea, whose magical kapa (blanket) takes her through the stories of her ancestors. Journey through the creation of the islands, the fiery reign of Pele, and the thunderous gift of Kanehekili, as chants, drums, and dance awaken the spirit of old Hawaiʻi. Every detail — from handmade costumes to live chanting — honors cultural authenticity and artistry. Guests enjoy a luxurious buffet crafted by The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary team, featuring build-your-own poke stations, grilled island entrées, and local produce. As night falls, the performance crescendos into a spectacular fire finale — a symbol of the eternal flame of Hawaiian heritage.
